In July 2002, Jane achieved her first patent “Quilt-Cover Holder” when she was only eleven years old. When PokemonGo fulfilled your nightlife, she created a marketing advertisement for helping clients to strategically catch Pokemons as a Pokemon driver. If you are in the mood of scrolling down to the bottom, you might miss an opportunity to know an innovative marketer.
Using creative ideas at problem-solving becomes one of her habits. Furthermore, she is trying her best to self-learn almost everything relevant with marketing include but is not limited to video curation, blogging, broadcasting, social media channels, interactive design, and photoshop. With an in-depth understanding of social media through volunteering and working, her creative mindset and adaptive communicative style help target audiences to find the root cause of the problem and solve it smartly.
She has done more than 40 informational interviews in 3 months. After graduating from Western University with Human Resources specialization degree, she kept on social networking for expanding the network and seeking for jobs. She was open to any type of jobs which were relevant to HR field. Having this opportunistic mindset, she started working and gained administrative, recruiting and marketing experiences. Interestingly, she later found herself even further drawn to marketing afterward. Hence, she decided to pursue marketing specialization in MIB program. (She is currently doing a master exchange in Maastricht University and will accomplish her degree of Master of International Business (MIB) at Queen’s University in July 2017. ) With her multicultural experiences and life lessons learned, she regarded challenges as opportunities to better equip herself.
She believed Big Data & more digital platforms will transform SME business and revolutionize ways of their financial performances. Being intrigued by tech trend, she immersed herself by volunteering at Tech Week 2016, reading Accenture TechVision Trend Report 2017, and writing an academic paper to show her critical arguments of her own innovation idea in 2030. So it’s not difficult to understand why she is eager to work as a marketing coordinator at a tech/software company.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, watching movies, doing sports, broadcasting, and waging a war in taking mediocre photos (Ins: zanecai16).
